Hi, I’m Sarah!

I am a painter, illustrator and designer working in gouache, watercolor, printmaking and acrylic. I am inspired by the stories held within landscapes, the intricate beauty of plants and animals, and by the glimmers found in everyday moments of my life and my memories. I love to explore these themes through experimenting with color, texture and line. I make paintings, prints, and illustrations in my attic studio in Minneapolis; I also paint interior murals, work on commissions, and teach classes. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing a print, or have a project in mind. I’d love to connect!
